In order to offer proALPHA customers access to high performance deployment planning software, mobileBlox GmbH os developing an interface to the mobileX-despatch. This enables mid-sized companies to use the ERP system proALPHA to provide a continuous, digital service process from deployment planning through mobile processing to invoicing.

The mobileX-dispatch enables your dispatchers to have an overview of their resource planning at any time through the graphic display. Whether manual planning via drag-and-drop or fully automatic optimization, the scheduling software offers all the functions required for efficient control of your technicians or subcontractors.

CLEAR PLANNING COCKPIT

  • MobileX-dispatch shows the dispatcher all service technicans as well as orders and important messages
  • You can customize his view and view the orders as a list, in the calendar or as a chart on the map
