In 2019 we will continue to develop our offline-enabled modules piaX – CRM, – Service and – Object Management. piaX 3.2 is currently in the development phase. You can look forward to u.a. on :
- The expansion of the CRM to offline-enabled map display with radius search and route / trip planning.
- The CRM functionality in proALPHA and piaX is extended in the area of relationship management. This way, the relationships between any contacts and any contacts can be displayed.
- Further developments in the piaX service module. Here, the expansion is planned by a function for the stock information, the integration of the object administration as well as the support of Adhoc orders.
