The piaX Technology

Even without internet access, you can create actions, new contacts or DMS documents in the piaX Outlook Add-In. Once you regain access to the exchange server, your data will be transferred to the ERP system.
This way, you don’t need the follow up and the quality of your data will increase.

piaX integrates all field labels, selection lists, and field descriptions from the ERP system, including DMS. Therefore you don’t need to create additional industry or representative lists in piaX. A positive side effect is that both field staff and internal staff continue to use the same terminology when referring to ERP data. Labels such as contact, person in charge, customer, etc., which might otherwise be defined differently, remain consistent and clear.
